However in the middle of winter, exhausting air and then introducing fresh air can be an expensive undertaking because the fresh outside air must be reheated to maintain comfortable inside air temperatures. This is where our 80/20 air management systems excel. When dangerous exhaust fumes in factories are non-existent, such as on the weekends or at night, our systems can be set up to simply heat the inside air, without exhausting any inside air. This feature saves you money because reheating inside air costs less than having to heat the colder outside air.

An ingenious design that functions both as a traditional, high-efficiency air curtain
and a make up air unit to remedy negative pressure problems in loading docks and adjacent
areas. With its optional 80/20 feature, the units can also provide up to 2,750,000 BTU/H of
space heating and thus fulfill three separate functions for the installation cost of
just one unit.
With their unique 15:1 turndown burners and negative pressure heat exchangers,
this line is an ideal solution for indirect fired applications which require any
combination of heating, ventilating and make up air functions.
