We at Mid-Valley Radiants and Industrials understand that the timely delivery of products is essential in today's fast paced business world. That's why we start to process your order immediately. Most items, such as the popular Detroit Radiant Products DR Series infra-red heaters are shipped directly out of our St. Louis warehouse via UPS. In addition to the standard UPS ground rate, we also offer UPS next day air service. Both UPS ground and UPS air services allow us to track your package using our in house tracking software.

Larger products including infra-red tube heaters and forced air heaters are shipped via truck lines. When shipping products via truck, our office staff will find you the most competitive rate in order to minimize shipping costs. Ventilation equipment and make up air units are usually shipped factory direct in order to fulfill your custom design requirements.
